I took on Corryn this summer and immediately saw the potential she had to realize her health and fitness goals.

She seemed to already have a strong fitness background so we were able to hit the ground running when it came to learning and performing in the gym .

Everything else was a learning process but she never fell short! Corryn is coachable, motivated, consistent, diligent and extremely resilient.

The goblet squat circuit!

Here we’re applying two of my favorite principles in exercise, progression overload and pyramid training.

As Liz and Alex go from dumbbell to dumbbell the load increases but the reps are decreasing to compensate for the increased load.

This couple works HARD! And are really smashing it. Watching them work inspires me 💪🏿
