July MEETING:
This month’s class topic is: Conceal Purse Carry with Shelia Rosario. She is requesting that if you have a conceal carry purse please bring it with you. NO LIVE FI****MS ARE ALLOWED!!! We will be using cert or “fake guns' '. The class will be interactive and you will practice drawing from the purse.
RANGE ITEMS: NONE NEEDED - We will be in the classroom only.

There are t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, and coffee mugs. These are not for our chapter directly. They are just Armed Women of America. We will be offering a new Chapter shirt in the coming months.
INSTRUCTORS:
Please note that as a Chapter we are here to Educate, Empower and Equip. We are here to guide you on your firearm journey. We are NOT here to train you. With over 100 members it’s impossible for us to train everyone. We have several leaders and members that offer training and CCW classes as a business. Meaning there is a fee. Each of them have their own business and fees. If you need additional training a list of the instructors in our Chapter has been sent out via email. Also Karen has uploaded a copy to our page in the “Files Tab”.
AWA/SHOOT CENTER MEMBERSHIP:
For our new members (and existing ones that haven’t signed up) Shoot Center offers us a membership for $29.99. It is good for 1 year. You will need to show them your AWA membership card that is sent to you after you have signed up.Effective Dec 1st the hourly rate for range time will go up to $19.95. With this membership your range time is free!!

SKILLS & DRILLS WITH JON:
We are so lucky to have Jon from Shoot Center hosting special training just for our members. The cost is $49.99. The class is from 6pm to 8:30pm. I hope some of you that have not attended will find one that you are interested in. Please let us know so we can try to help get more ladies involved. For all our new ladies the holster class is a great start to learn how to shoot from concealment. See schedule below.
