Our 7th grade Civics students have been diving into the Preamble this past week! 🇺🇸📜

They’re also getting creative as they prepare to write their very own “break-up letters” to the King by taking inspiration from some of today’s biggest breakup songs! 🎶💔

Check out a glimpse into one of Mrs. Mayea’s classes as they bring history to life in a fun and creative way!

📚✨ Students in Mrs. Ruffier’s ELA classes were hard at work creating plot structures for their favorite stories!

They identified key events and explored how each piece comes together to build a complete story. Great work, Chargers! 💙❤️🐴

Ms. Boyce's students were encouraged to complete some projects describing figurative language in a story. Ramsses chose a simile in which someone felt "like a Russian doll." His submission was actually in the form of nesting dolls. Great creativity!
