Today is the day!

We got to celebrate our 10 principal pride students today as well as the 2 teachers they chose to represent the 8th grade class at Olive Garden today! I’ve never seen kids eat like this before…..it was a great time saying thank you to these students for making Diplomat Middle School what it is and the teachers who poured into them! So many things to be thankful for here at Diplomat Middle. Thank you for an outstanding school year (3 days to go)

🎉🐾 DMS Wildcats — Our End-of-Year PBIS Festival is almost here! 🐾🎉

We are excited to celebrate our students on Friday, May 29th with a fun-filled PBIS Festival for students who have demonstrated positive behavior and academic success this school year!

Here are the important highlights for parents:

⭐ Students must:
• Follow ROAR Expectations (NO referrals 4th quarter)
• Be passing all core classes for the year

🎟️ Students will receive tickets based on Quarter 4 Kudos earned to use on goodies and activities.

🎉 Festival activities include:
• Open play
• Music
• Inflatable water slide
• Cape Coral Fire Station truck visit
• Concessions available for purchase
• And more fun surprises!

💦 Students planning to participate in water activities should bring:
• A towel
• A change of clothes
• A plastic bag for wet items (remember, no backpacks)

Early Dismissal is at 2:15 PM on Friday

👏 We are proud of our Wildcats for their hard work, positive choices, and growth this year. We can’t wait to celebrate them!

Dear Diplomat Middle School Families,

As we approach the final days of the school year, students will not be permitted to bring backpacks to school on Friday, May 29th or Monday, June 1st.

Students may bring a small personal bag or lunch-sized tote only. Bags must be no larger than a standard sheet of paper.

Please help us ensure a smooth and safe end to the school year by reminding your child of these expectations before arriving on campus.

As the school year comes to a close, we are collecting clean, gently used dress code clothing items to help stock our ISS room for next year. These items make a huge difference for students who may need a change of clothes during the school day.

If you have clothing your child has outgrown, please consider donating! We kindly ask that all items be freshly cleaned and in good condition.
