A big THANK YOU to our amazing custodial crew who worked hard all summer to get our buildings ready for the school year. We are lucky to have them here at GES!

What a fantastic Open House we had last evening! We loved seeing and meeting all of our students and families. There is so much excitement as we get ready to blast off into a new year. We are ready to launch into learning next Tuesday for the first day of school!! 🚀

Today we “Launched Into Learning” with our incredible teachers who discovered their unique mission roles for the year ahead. 🚀
Our Mission Architects, Stellar Connectors, Mission Specialists, and Space Adventurers are prepared to help our students soar this year. We ended the morning with a space-themed Escape Room activity because every successful mission depends on collaboration and problem-solving, where each person brings their unique strength and personality to the team. 🛰️🌏🪐
Thank you to our out-of-this-world PTO, who supplied amazing prizes to our 4th grade team who finished in 1st place, and our kindergarten team who finished in 2nd place. What a great first day with our teachers! 🏆

Next up, please help us welcome our 3 new teachers that will be joining our amazing ESE team! Mrs. Tirado and Ms. Jerome will be teaching two of our Social Functioning classes, and Ms. Everett is our newest ESE Pre-K teacher. We are so happy they are joining our GES family! 🧡💙💛
