Today, we celebrated the U.S. Constitution and the freedoms and responsibilities it represents with our annual Voter Registration Drive! 🗳️📜

A huge shout-out to Chef Stone and our Culinary Arts team for providing lunch for everyone, our Financial Aid team for the pocket Constitutions and other great giveaways, and the awesome volunteers from the Lee County Supervisor of Elections office for being here to help ensure our students have the opportunity to register and participate in our elections. 👏🇺🇸

Congratulations to everyone who helped make today’s CT Barber Battle a success and a memorable experience for our students! 💈🔥

Shout-out to organizers and instructors, Stephanie Lewandowski and Angel Bayon, and industry partners, local shop owners, and sponsors who supported the event through mentorship, judging and awards.

We’re especially proud of the Barber students who stepped up to compete -- many with less than two months of training! Their creativity, confidence and willingness to challenge themselves are exactly what hands-on career education is all about. 👏💈🏆

The heat is on for the Barber Battle hosted by Stephanie Lewandowski and Angel Bayon from Faded In The Cape 💈
Join us Monday, September 14th, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM as our talented barbers step up to the chairs to go head-to-head. From our newer students who have spent 32 intense days mastering the fundamentals to our seniors putting the final polish on their 900 hours, this is the stage to show what dedication looks like.
Watch the skills unfold across two separate competition tracks:
The Cut Challenge: Pure precision and speed under a strict 1-hour clock.
Color & Perm Showcase: High-level chemical transformations packed into 2 hours. Judges are Industry partners who built relationships with our students and hire these soon to be graduates for employment.
Stick around for the Awards Ceremony at 1:45 PM to celebrate the incredible growth, skill, and effort of every participant. It’s everyone’s time to shine—let's make some noise for the next generation of barbers! ✂️🔥

Our Digital Design students recently collaborated with MM Brands, owned by Melissa Moore, a proud CCTC Digital Design alumna, on a real-world social media campaign for Sunset Chicken!

Students helped develop content, create social media graphics, and some even stepped in front of the camera for the photo shoot. 📸

We love seeing our graduates come full circle and create hands-on experience with professional client opportunities for the next generation of digital and graphic designers! 💙

🐾🎓 Congratulations to today's Veterinary Assisting graduates!

Kudos to Mrs. Braddock and her students on achieving a 100% pass rate on the Certified Veterinary Assistant (CVA) exam! 👏🐶🐱

In Florida, CVA certification requires completion of an approved training program, practical clinical hours, and successfully passing the exam administered through the Florida Veterinary Medical Association.

A fresh haircut is more than just a trim—it's about dignity, respect, and connection. 💈
Recently, the barbering students from Cape Coral Technical College had the honor of spending time at Hearts & Homes for Veterans. Our students brought their clippers, their skills, and open ears to give back to the forever veterans who have sacrificed so much for our country.
Watching generations connect in the barber chair was an unforgettable experience for our future professionals. We are immensely proud of our students' craft and even prouder of their hearts for service.
