Meet Bil Joseph
Bil served in the United States Navy from 1985-1991.
Bil Joseph began his career in Law Enforcement in 1994.Has extensive experience as a traffic/motor officer.
While still serving in Law Enforcement, he has been a small business owner since 2001.
He brought these two passions together to make law enforcement and traffic control more visible and safer by creating the Stop & Go Flashlite Wand.
His mission is to bring consistency, clarity and better communication to an important part of the job.
