Kitchen Sidekicks: Cutting & Knife Skills
📅 October 2nd | ⏰ 1:30–4:00 PM | 👩‍🍳 Ages: 6+
Student Fee: $100
Required Adult Sidekick: No Additional Charge

Kitchen Sidekicks is a small-group, hands-on culinary education and practical life-skills class designed for students who may benefit from additional support while learning in the kitchen. Each student attends with one parent, caregiver, or trusted adult Sidekick who participates alongside the student at no additional charge.

In this class, chefs will be making California Rolls and practicing safe knife handling

👻🥧 Mummy Madness: Haunting Chicken Pot Pies 🕸️🕷️
📅 October 2nd | ⏰ 6-8pm | 🧑‍🍳 Ages 6-15 | 💵 Cost $55
In this hands-on class, chefs will build their own mini Chicken Pot Pies packed with creamy filling and then “mummify” them with flaky pastry strips 👀🩹 — baked until golden, crispy, and absolutely boo-tiful.

Young bakers will create a full set of festive Halloween sugar cookies—including ghosts, haunted houses, bats, pumpkins, and spooky trees—while learning real royal icing techniques along the way.
