Talk about EASY!
Here is a simply, fast high-protein option for some amazing fish tacos or your main dish at dinner! Anyone can cook this I promise you ๐ง๐ฝโ๐ณ
Ingredients (seasoning):
4 tablespoon smoked paprika or use regular paprika
1/2 tsp.- 2 tbsp. cayenne powder (๐ฎ๐ช๐ญ๐ฅ ---> ๐ฉ๐ฐ๐ต)
2 tbsp. onion powder
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. ground black pepper
2 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. dried oregano
1 tsp. dried thyme
Ingredients:
2 Tilapia filets
2-4 tsp. Blackened seasoning (๐ข๐ฃ๐ฐ๐ท๐ฆ)
1 tbsp. Butter, melted
Preheat large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Pat dry both tilapia filets and place on a large plate. Brush your melted butter onto one side of the tilapia filets to fully coat and sprinkle on 1 tsp. of seasoning to each filet. Flip and repeat on other side of tilapia. Place filets into pre-heated pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until reddish-brown on the outside and flaky on the inside. Serve and enjoy immediately ๐คค
