Hello there, Hair family! I just want to take a moment to point out that Hair Guru has a cancellation policy. If you cannot make your appointment, kindly give 24 hours notice. When you don’t show up for your appointment, your stylist does not get paid. Please take this into consideration. Any appointment not canceled within 24 hours will be subject to a 50% charge of services. This has now become non-negotiable.
