The blue moon is coming on Halloween!

[Since we have roughly 29.5 days between full moons, and most months being longer than that, sometimes we have 2 full moons in a calendar month - or 4 full moons in a season -->either is called a blue moon.]

Halloween morning at 10:49 am EDT the blue full moon peaks, but will appear full all weekend. Next Halloween blue moon is not until 2039!
