Hi Jitter Bugs families! 💜

For those who may not know me yet, I wanted to take a moment to introduce myself and share a little about who I am and what being the Director of Jitter Bugs means to me.

I have a HUGE passion for children. 💕 I believe every child deserves to feel loved, safe, valued, heard, and excited to come to school each day. These little years are so incredibly important, and it is a privilege to be part of their journey as they learn, grow, make friends, and discover the world around them.

But my passion doesn't stop with our children. I care deeply about our staff and our Jitter Bugs parents, too. ❤️

I truly believe that when our teachers feel supported and appreciated, they are able to give their very best to our children. Our staff works incredibly hard, and I want them to know that I see them, I appreciate them, and I will always do my best to support them.

And to our parents — I work for YOU. 🫶

I don't look at my position as being "the boss." I look at it as being someone who has been trusted with an incredibly important responsibility. You trust us with your most precious little people, and I don't take that trust lightly.

My door is always open. I want to hear your ideas, your concerns, your celebrations, and even the things you think we could do better. Communication and trust are so important to me, and I want every family to feel comfortable coming to me.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple:

Happy children.
Happy families.
Happy teachers.
A happy Jitter Bugs. 🐞💜

Because honestly… if you're happy, I'm happy.

I don't work for myself. I work for our children, our families, and our amazing staff. Everything I do is with the hope of making Jitter Bugs a place where everyone feels welcomed, respected, loved, and proud to be a part of our family.

Thank you for trusting us with your children and for allowing me to be a part of their lives. I am so excited for everything we will accomplish together! 🐞💜
