Congratulations to Lolli and Pop on the final sale of Playhouse this morning. Countless children came through the doors since the day Lolli began her legacy journey 38 years ago. Along with them came so many amazing parents who allowed her (and us) to walk beside them, loving their babies as our own. Many tears were shed in that little paneled office as we walked with families through their hardest, and most joyful times. Most times we were the 3rd people to know when a new life was coming. Sometimes we were there in the hard times. Times of family struggle. Times of grief. Times of panic wondering what you were going to do and how you were going to do it. Always always you could know that your babies were safe in a consistent and loving place. So, to Lolli and Pop we say "Thank You". May your memories be as sweet as (most of) ours! Captain Hook and Hagatha signing off for the last time!

We are officially selling our property at 605 4th Ave. With just under 6,000 sq ft, sitting on nearly 2 acres in town and taking up the length of an entire city block, you will not find better property in a better location. Included (not pictured) is a 24x24 Hamilton steel building. The property has 11 security cameras, 5 entrances (3 with steel security doors) and tons of potential for any number of different business types. The lot is zoned light commercial. We would love to see Playhouse have another life as a childcare center, and are happy to sell the building, land, and inventory together. Also not pictured and included in the inventory is one 15-passenger van. However, we are willing to sell building and land without inventory.

We will not sell or donate any inventory separately at this time so please do not ask. If we do end up selling the inventory separately, we will be happy to post auction details at that time.

If you are seriously interested, please call Jamie Allen at 806-206-4216. Please be mindful of our time and do not ask us to show it unless you are serious and can obtain financing on your own. We will not provide owner financing. Details on the sale can be discussed over the phone.
