Wow! We at MVMS couldn’t be prouder of our staff and students. Last school year, our hard work and dedication were recognized as we earned four TEA distinctions for the 2025 to 2026 school year in Math, Science, Social Studies, and Post Secondary Readiness. This is something our entire Hawk family should be incredibly proud of! 🎉
We truly believe that when our staff, students, and families work together, there is no limit to what our Hawks can accomplish. We are excited for all that this new school year will bring, and we are so grateful for our MVMS family and community! KA-KAW!

We welcomed back our amazing MVMS teachers today to kick off the 26-27 school year! We opened our beginning of year in-service with discussions and activities around where we’ve been, where we’re going, and our mission to be “One Team, All In” for our Hawk students. We even had a guest appearance from a Hawk who wanted in on all the excitement! We are ready for more days to collaborate and prepare to welcome our students on August 25th. KA-KAW! 😊💚🦅

The Comal ISD Board of Trustees has called a $567 million bond election for November 3, 2026. The proposal includes two propositions addressing safety and security, aging facilities, enrollment growth, student transportation, and classroom technology. Both propositions can be financed within the existing Comal ISD tax rate.
