Maiden flight on Rick's Fly Products Xenit trike.

Spring time is known to El Paso's local fliers to be "The Windy Season". That said, that is when the phone starts to ring at West Texas Paramotor. The local ground dwellers start to come out of hibernation motivated to make this year the year to learn how to fly. This was been the case for Rick. Eventually, he'd like to try all forms of paramotor flight, but he decided to go with a Xenit trike since it features the Cosmos 300; One of the most powerful engines permitted without requiring a pilot's license. He also intends on taking his wife flying with him from his beautiful property on the east side of El Paso. So, the Xenit is clearly a great fit for him since it was designed with passenger flying in mind.

This video show's the first ever flight on Rick's Xenit and, boy oh boy, it was a blast!

Below me, I see a sea of people shuffling amongst each other in the everyday noise of life. Traffic jams and parking lots packed tight. Sirens and their flashing lights…stress. My flying machine affords me a momentary escape, but the memory lasts forever.
