A big shoutout to Mr. Buck, Mrs. Slatzer, and the PBIS Team for hosting the 2026 GOHS Field Day! It was a great success filled with fun, energy, and school spirit.

Reminder: Graduation will take place tonight, Tuesday, May 26, at 7:00 PM at Bob Commings Field. Doors open at 5:30pm and you will need a ticket for entry.

The GlenOak Choral Music Department is bringing music, storytelling, and a little island magic to the stage for May Show! From dance numbers to powerful vocals, our students have been working hard to create a show that is fun and full of talent. These rehearsal photos are just a small glimpse of what’s ahead.

GlenOak Speech & Debate had an incredible weekend at the National Individual Events Tournament of Champions (NIETOC)! This was our team’s first time attending the tournament, and our students competed against some of the best teams and national finalists in the country...and held their own every step of the way.

We’re so proud of all the students who represented GlenOak on the national stage: Cory Hillton, Charlie Burton, Johari Abdul-Zahir, Katie Dever, Francesca Codispoti, and Conner Belden. As a team, GlenOak finished 17th in the Act II division out of 67 schools and 32nd overall out of 139 teams in attendance.

What an amazing accomplishment for this group. Please show them some love in the comments...Go Eagles!

STEM is finishing the year by exploring sound energy. However, in this case, it would be the lack of sound. Aura has entered the quiet box. This box is lined with sound-absorbing material so that the decibel level drops to around 35 dB.

We bid farewell to the class of 2026 with our annual senior cookout this afternoon. Appreciation is extended to all who assisted today. It was a great day.
