OWL consultants are Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant/Counselors who provide FREE consultation and SUTQ approved trainings to Early Childhood Educators along with supporting families around social emotional development and behavioral challenges. Services are currently being offered in ten Ohio counties; Stark, Portage, Wayne, Holmes, Ashland, Carroll, Belmont, Harrison, Tuscarawas and Monro
