Leadership at Cherokee Classical Academy does not happen only from an office.

Dr. Stone, Mrs. St. Hill, and Mr. Dunlap regularly step into classrooms to teach, model, encourage, and remain closely connected to the daily work of our students and faculty.

These moments reflect something we value deeply at CCA: leadership rooted in service, presence, and a shared commitment to excellent teaching.

We are grateful for school leaders who are willing to lead from the front—and from the classroom.

Last night, history was made at our very first home game EVER! And what a night it was! Our phenomenal girls Volleyball team showed up with heart and determination, fighting till the very end in both matches! But the real victory was the sea of supporters who came out to cheer them on! The electric atmosphere was palpable, with parents, students, and community members uniting to celebrate our CCA spirit! It's moments like these that remind us what it means to be part of a community that lifts each other up! Thank you to everyone who showed up to inspire our girls to greatness!

A strong start and plenty to build on! 🏐

Our CCA volleyball team took the court on Friday with focus, teamwork, and determination. Under the leadership of Coach Slone, our athletes competed hard, encouraged one another, and represented Cherokee Classical with pride.

What an incredible milestone! 🏆 Last Saturday, August 15th, marked an historic moment for CCA as we competed in our very first official sporting event EVER! 🎉 Our Cross Country team boldly paved the way, making their mark in the record books! 💪 With only two meetings under their belt, our young athletes proved that together, they can achieve greatness! 🌟 Every single one of them crossed the finish line with big smiles, showing us that it's not just about winning, but about the journey itself! 🏃‍♀️ Lincoln Gorfido and Olivia Pierce led the pack, setting the bar high for our school's 2-mile run record! 🏃‍♂️ What an amazing start to this new chapter, Commanders! 💥

We just want to shout from the rooftops how amazing our families are. It’s been blazing hot this week and our parents just jumped right in to take care of all of our staff that is outside helping all the kids with afternoon carline. Waters, coolers of ice, snacks and NECK COOLERS FOR ALL THE OUTSIDE STAFF! We just can’t say it enough. We aren’t just a school, we are a community! And we love our families so much. Thank you for spoiling us!

🏃‍♀️🏐 History in the Making at CCA! 🏐🏃‍♂️

This is an exciting week for Cherokee Classical Academy as we celebrate a first in our school's history, our very first official sporting events! 🎉

Our Commanders hit the course for Cross Country on Saturday and took the court today for Girls Volleyball. We couldn't be more proud of these student athletes as they represent CCA with courage, perseverance, self-government, and teamwork.

We are so excited to watch our athletic program grow and can't wait to cheer on our Commanders as they begin this new chapter!

We are only two weeks in but already we are so thankful for our Bigs and our Littles. All the new, little faces who joined us this year with excitement and wonder in their eyes. And all the Bigs - the older kids, new and existing, who guide them, mentor them and love on them each and every day. It's not just a school, it's a community!
