What a fantastic final week of Discover Days at Blue Hills!

Our incoming freshmen rolled up their sleeves and experienced a taste of Blue Hills through Engineering, Graphic Communications, Cosmetology, and Culinary Arts. From making and creating to baking and cooking, students explored hands-on learning while working alongside our amazing instructors.

Just as importantly, they made new friends, became familiar with the campus, and started feeling at home before the school year even begins.

We can't wait to welcome all of these future Warriors back in September. Have a wonderful rest of your summer!

Week 2 of Discover Days Camp is in full swing, and our future Blue Hills students are learning by doing!

From creating delicious dishes in Culinary Arts, exploring creativity in Cosmetology, designing and building in Engineering, and bringing ideas to life in Graphic Communications, campers are staying actively engaged through hands-on learning, teamwork, and problem-solving.

A big thank you to Camp Director Ms. Flynn and our dedicated instructors for creating such an exciting and memorable summer experience. We can’t wait to see what the rest of the week brings!

What a fantastic week at Blue Hills!

Our Discover Days Camp is giving incoming 8th graders the opportunity to experience career and technical education through hands-on learning, new friendships, and unforgettable experiences.

A special thank you to Camp Director Ms. Flynn for sharing these wonderful moments from Engineering, Culinary Arts, and Cosmetology. Campers are discovering new interests, meeting our talented instructors, building confidence, and getting an early look at what life at Blue Hills is all about.

The future is bright, and we love seeing these students learn, create, explore, and have fun together. Thank you to our incredible staff for making Discover Days such a meaningful experience!

History Made at the New Balance Nationals! 💙💚

Congratulations to Blue Hills junior Jiai Gonzalez!

Competing against the nation’s best, Jiai ran 48.4 seconds and finished among the top 40 high school athletes in the country at the New Balance Nationals.

Jiai is the first Blue Hills student-athlete to compete at the New Balance Nationals, making school history and setting a new standard for our track & field program.

Congratulations to Jiai and Coach Fiascone on an unforgettable season. We are incredibly proud of this historic achievement!

Today we recognize Juneteenth, a day that commemorates the end of slavery in the United States and celebrates freedom, resilience, and hope.

As we reflect on our nation’s history, we honor the ongoing pursuit of opportunity, respect, and belonging for all.

Teamwork. Creativity. Innovation.

Freshmen in Design & Visual Communications and Engineering wrapped up the year by presenting their Team Collaboration Final Projects.

Students combined creativity, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork to bring their ideas to life while learning valuable career and life skills along the way.

Take a trip back to 2006 when Computer Technology students were building skills for a rapidly changing digital world, Auto Repair students were mastering hands-on technical expertise, and dedicated educators like Mr. Hickey were helping shape the next generation of athletes and professionals.

While technology, tools, and industries have evolved over the past 20 years, one thing remains the same: Blue Hills’ commitment to preparing students for successful futures through rigorous, hands-on learning.

From 2006 to 2026, we continue to grow, innovate, and remain Warrior Strong.
