🏆 High School Fall Sports Tryouts Are Almost Here!

Calling all Canton Prep High School student-athletes! If you're ready to compete, build lasting friendships, and represent the Chargers this fall, we want to see you at tryouts!

📅 High School Tryouts: August 10 & 11

⚽ Boys Soccer: 3:30–4:30 p.m.
🏐 Girls Volleyball: 4:00–6:00 p.m.

Whether you're a returning athlete or trying out for the first time, come prepared to give your best effort and be ready to join the team.

Important Reminder: All student-athletes must have a current MHSAA physical dated on or after April 15 to participate in tryouts. Physicals completed before April 15 are not valid for the upcoming athletic season.

Middle School Families: Middle school fall sports tryout information will be announced after the start of the school year. Stay tuned for additional details.

⚡ Reminder: Charger Camp Is Almost Here! ⚡

Incoming 7th–9th graders, we can’t wait to see you at Charger Camp at Canton Prep on Wednesday, August 12! 🎉

This is an important opportunity to get connected, meet future classmates, explore the campus, and get ready for a successful school year. Scholars will meet teachers and staff, learn what to expect at Canton Prep, receive their school laptop 💻, get their class schedule 📚, and take their student ID photo 📸.

Attendance is strongly encouraged for all incoming scholars! Charger Camp helps ensure students have the information and resources they need to feel confident and prepared from day one.

📅 Charger Camp Schedule — August 12:
⚡ Incoming 7th Grade: 8:00 AM–1:00 PM
⚡ Incoming 8th Grade: 10:00 AM–2:45 PM
⚡ Incoming 9th Grade: 11:30 AM–3:45 PM

Parents/guardians are welcome to attend, but attendance is optional. If you plan to join your scholar, please make sure you have completed your RSVP so we can plan accordingly and have enough pizza 🍕 for everyone!

Please join us in congratulating Megan Watson, a proud Canton Preparatory High School Class of 2022 graduate and Olivet Nazarene University graduate, who is beginning her teaching career as a 4th grade teacher at Keystone Academy!
