Congratulations to director Missy Varn and her staff; Darlene, Melanie, Ashonti, Chelsea and Crystal on there Step Up To Quality(SUTQ) visit. They had a perfect visit and were renewed for their Gold Level. Gold level is the highest level for SUTQ. We thank you ladies for all of your hard work and your dedication to not just the children and families we severe but, to the whole Early Childhood Education community. You truly are the best of the best.

Due to heating issues, Westbrook Park Place will be closed on Tuesday, February 17. We are hoping to be open on Wednesday.

We’re looking for 4 more Allies to walk alongside our February 2026 Leader Cohort ❤️

This week, 13 of our 25 Leaders showed up for Orientation—leaning in, listening, and ready to do the hard work of building a different future.
Now, we need a few more people willing to sit at the table with them.

What’s an Ally?
An Ally shows up consistently to offer relational support and encouragement. You don’t need all the answers—just a listening ear, a steady presence, and a heart for people.

Ally Commitment Details:
🗓 Wednesdays, 6–8 PM
🍽 Dinner included
📅 March–August (first Ally night: Wednesday, March 4)
