We are proud to celebrate two of our very own students for earning top honors in the 2025–2026 America & Me Essay Contest, a highly distinguished recognition of excellence in writing and civic voice.

Congratulations to Ava Kaafarani, who earned 1st place, and Yasmeen Hamdan, who earned 2nd place. Their achievement reflects outstanding effort, thoughtful reflection, and strong writing skills.

We also extend our sincere congratulations to their ELA teacher, Mrs. Dakroub, for her meaningful guidance and support in helping shape their growth as writers and critical thinkers.

What a year for Star Canton Athletics! 🏆

Our 2026 Sports Banquet was extra special as we celebrated an incredible year of achievement across our athletic programs. Among the highlights, our middle school girls volleyball, soccer, and basketball teams all earned League Champion titles, with two of those teams finishing their seasons undefeated!

We are so proud of all our student-athletes, coaches, and families for their hard work, dedication, and commitment throughout the year. This was an exciting and memorable season for Star Canton sports, and we loved celebrating all that was accomplished.
