Stacy Bailey (Canton Police) are proud to present Canton-Cherokee radKIDS – a new program in our community providing radKIDS classes for the first time in Cherokee County, Georgia. radKIDS is the nation's leading personal safety empowerment program for children ages 5-12 that provides hands-on learning for children on how to recognize, avoid, resist and escape violence, bullying, abduction and ha

rm. radKIDS not only teaches them how to respond to these situations, but it also teaches them core principles that relate to many areas such as "No one has a right to hurt me because I am special". To date over 81 children have escaped an attempted abduction using their radKIDS skills and thousands more have escaped the bullying and s*xual abuse in their lives and received the help needed. A 10-hour curriculum is taught over five days and covers a wide range of subjects including:
* Out and about, home, and school safety
* Bullying defenses
* Internet safety
* Good-bad-uncomfortable touch
* Realistic defense against abduction
* Self-realization of personal power

This is your chance to provide your children, and even your family, with personal empowerment safety education.

Having a blast this week teaching an awesome group of 8-12 year olds real skills so they can recognize, avoid, resist, and if necessary escape violence or harm in their lives.
Special thanks to the grown ups who cared enough to sign them up for this important (and fun) summer camp. Thank you for making sure your child knows,
