First Friends Arts Academy

First Friends Arts Academy Drawing classes are taught in an environment of love and positivity. Students take classes for 8 - 10 weeks. Questions?

There is an exhibit of the artwork the students created at the end of the class session for family to view. All classes are a part of First Friends Sports & Recreation Outreach. The Sports and Recreation Outreach at First Friends (FFC) is rooted in our belief that all areas of life are sacred and everything we do must be under the Lordship of Christ (Col 3:17-23). We believe God is delighted when

we pray but also when we play. He has created us with abilities and desires to play and compete and thus we "worship" Him in our activity (Romans 12:1). The Sports and Rec Outreach of FFC gives the whole family opportunities for health, fitness, friendship, fun, competition, venue for outreach, and spiritual development in an inviting, Christ-centered atmosphere. "We are more than conquerors through Him who loves us." Romans 8:37

We are now accepting registrations for a Drawing 1 class for ages 6-10 held on Thursday. The class will begin on Thursday, Jan 18 and end on March 11, 2021. Please register online at our website with debit/credit card.

Friends Drawing Class 1 for beginner students age 6-10 on Thursdays. Students will learn a step-by-step process of breaking an object or animal into smaller parts using line and shape in order to create an accurate drawing. We are sorry to inform you that as of 11/2/2020, we have decided to discontinue the Arts program here at First Friends for the foreseeable future. The only Arts programming that will continue is Drawing 1 & 2. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello we are sad to say that our Tap/Ballet teacher Bekah Stranger will no longer be teaching with us as her college classes take priority and we can wait to see where the Lord leads her!! That being said we are looking for someone who would be an awesome addition to our Arts Academy family.
