Martial arts, Grappling, and Fitness training for kids age 3+ and adults.
Our kids classes combine lessons in karate, grappling, useful self defense techniques and general fitness drills with opportunities for practice and games. The adult fitness program combines martial arts, boxing, strength training and aerobics for a total body workout.

The Mansfield Dojo will not be able to hold classes tonight. We just discovered and are addressing a major plumbing issue. Neither bathroom is workingđź’©, creating not just an inconvenience, but a sanitary and safety issue for our students, parents, and instructors. Please feel free to attend the Canton dojo and arrange for a make-up class that fits your schedule.
