Eating a variety of color is important when it comes to our vegetables. If fresh organic is not obtainable, frozen is the next best. The Deep Vibrant colors represent different compounds that assist our bodies systems and functions. We should be eating one salad everyday with many different greens. 8-10 servings of vegetables a day will change so much for us. Lets eat to live, not just exist.

Eating Natural foods is so important to your body. There are a million chemical reactions going on at any given time in our bodies, and with-out the right nutrients these chemical reactions go wrong. Causing dis-ease, from dry skin to cancer.
Increase your consumption of fresh vegetables, leafy dark greens and fruit daily while cutting out the process foods. Get back to natural eating the way our bodies are designed to eat.
