A big thank you to Ergon for bringing their summer interns to CAVS-E for two days of Lean 101 and Operational Finance training!

From identifying waste and improving processes to understanding the financial impact of operational decisions, these interns gained tools and insights they can carry forward into their future careers. We're excited to see where their journey takes them next.

Last Friday, we celebrated the completion of another successful summer internship program at MSU CAVS-E!

Please join us in congratulating Tiffany, Nate, Derek, Caden, and Brayden on completing their Summer 2026 internships. Throughout the summer, they gained hands-on experience, contributed to real-world projects, and developed valuable technical and professional skills.

To conclude their internships, each student delivered a final presentation highlighting their work, accomplishments, and the knowledge they gained during their time with us.

We're proud of all they achieved this summer and grateful for the contributions they made to our team. We look forward to following their future success!
