Round 2 of interviews with Parishville-Hopkinton student athletes about the importance of mental health following NYSPHSAA's Mental Health Awareness Week!

Due to weather postponements, Clifton-Fine Central School District's recognition of their baseball and softball umpires couldn't take place during spring officials appreciation days.

The days may have passed, but the gratitude we have for our officials never ends. At the end of last week, student athletes had the opportunity to say thank you to the umpires with special, customized gifts and a card signed by all of the modified and varsity baseball and softball teams.

During last week's New York State Public High School Athletic Association's Mental Health Awareness Week, Kylie Tyo, Section X's female Student-Athlete Advisory Committee (SAAC) representative, and Jordan Perry, a Parishville-Hopkinton SAAC representative, interviewed P-H student-athletes about prioritizing the well-being of student-athletes over performance. Stay tuned for the second round of interviews that will be shared later this week!

Kinney Drugs, in partnership with Section X, is recognizing two Section X students for their outstanding work in the classroom and the community. Kinney Drugs has been locally committed for more than 119 years and wants to recognize students who make a difference in their local communities.
