You don’t have to be the fastest.
You don’t have to be the strongest.
You just have to keep showing up.

Every workout is an investment in the woman you’re becoming—stronger, healthier, more confident, and more resilient than yesterday.

Don’t compare your Chapter 2 to someone else’s Chapter 20. Celebrate your progress, honor your body, and remember that consistency will take you further than perfection ever could.
