We always follow the idea of programming PUSH, PULL, SQUAT, HINGE, and CARRY but are never married to a specific exercise. It’s all about the client!
Don’t fall for coaches who say there is a “best” exercise for a given goal because in actuality there isn’t. Instead find a coach who programs based off of you and where you are at physically. You won’t be sorry!

This is for all my Michigan runners! We all know that it is just down right torture to get in some strength training compared to even the hardest of training runs!
However, just like easy miles, strength training plays a huge role in your race prep such as:
-improving muscle tone
-improving muscular strength
-improving joint control
-improving coordination
-improving mobility
Amongst a whole host of benefits!
Now there are a lot of “cookie cutter” strength programs for runners, but why not get the help of a strength and conditioning specialist who can meet you where your body is at and give you a program that challenges your body to make you stronger so you can arrive at the start line healthier, stronger and ready to tackle your next PR?
We are still taking on clients, so if you think that this is that missing component to your training plan, check us out! Apply for coaching here https://forms.gle/SiMjKDRN9u6Limru6

Is your training program effective for you?
It is all too common to see programs being touted as “the best” or “most effective”, but are ultimately cookie cutter in nature, with little to no focus, progression, or customization
Make sure that when you are selecting a program that there is a focus or reason behind how the program is structured, progression to help you continue to grow, and is tailored to meet you where you are at!
Drop me a message if you want to talk about your program and see how we can help ensure it is the right fit for you!
