Also would like to shout out Colin's 85x2 log press which the clean is looking much improved.

Matt shows how functional a simple rope burner can be for the upper back as his muscles pop out of his shirt.

And the picture below is of my Uncle Kevin who inspired me to get into fitness, as a kid he had weights around the house, he boxed, ran and jumped rope daily. He works out to this day and is here doing an unbroken set of 25 push ups at a family pool party.

Another teen athlete has joined the team, Harry a soccer player, improving his strength to be durable and bigger faster stronger on the field!
