🩷 IMS PINK OUT! 🩷

Next Monday, October 19th, IMS will PINK OUT the halls in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month!

Wear your pink as we stand together to honor those who have fought, support those who are currently fighting, and recognize the family members and loved ones who stand beside them every step of the way.

Together, we wear pink for hope, strength, and support! πŸ’—

STATE BOUND!
Our Ingersoll Cross Country team competed at Sectionals today, and what a way to finish the season!
A huge congratulations to Eva Buchen, who placed 19th with a personal best time of 13:22.3, earning her spot at the IESA State Cross Country Meet! We are so proud of you, Eva!
It was also an incredible day for the rest of our runners, with 10 athletes setting new personal bests! What a great way to end the season!
I couldn't be prouder of this group of kids. They have worked hard, pushed themselves, and improved so much throughout the season. Seeing all that hard work pay off at Sectionals was the perfect way to wrap things up!
Congratulations to all of our runners on a great season, and good luck to Eva as she represents Ingersoll at STATE next weekend!

Dear IMS Parents/Guardians,

Ingersoll Middle School will conduct parent-teacher conferences on the following dates:
Wednesday, October 21st:5:00-8:00 PM
Thursday, October 22nd: 2:45-5:30 PM
Friday, October 23rd: 8:00 - 10:00 AM
Parent-teacher conferences are excellent opportunities to collaborate with your student’s teachers to identify strengths and needs, coordinate learning support, and strengthen the home-school connection.

For your convenience, IMS schedules all conferences through Skyward Family Access. The conference sign-up window will be open Monday, October 5, through Friday, October 16. Linked to this email are complete instructions (our instructions are identical to the high school page, please select Ingersoll instead) for signing up, along with a helpful video To ensure as many parents as possible can book a conference, please select only one time slot per teacher, and with core classes only not TAP (homeroom) or TASK (study hall). Should you have questions regarding either please feel free to reach out to those teachers via email or phone call. If you require additional time, please contact the teacher directly to arrange a separate meeting. Last, our Friday conferences are first come, first serve and do not require a scheduled time.

Please note IMS will follow the 2:15 dismissal schedule on all conference days. On Friday, October 23rd, there will be no school. All grades and missing assignments are accessible through Skyward Family Access. If you do not have access to a computer, you are welcome to sign in as a visitor at the high school and use a computer in the main office. If you require special accommodations, please call the high school at 309-647-6951.

Thank you for your continued partnership in your student’s education.
