Tuesday was such a fun day! After six weeks of such fun, our Summer Connection program has come to an end! We learned all about science! We learned the importance of planting seeds in good soil, how to conduct a science excitement, how to make slime, and so much more!! What an incredible summer of building our skills and learning all sorts of things! Time to get ready for the school year!

This week at the Connect Center our Summer Connection students practiced a variety of life skills! They learned how to fix the tires on their bike, how to sew a button, and how to bake resurrection rolls! They studied how Jesus rose from the grave, and they reviewed John 3:16 which they learned during the school year at Tutoring Connection!

Oh how much fun we had Tuesday at the Mississippi Children’s Museum! Our Connection Tuesday kiddos learned all about Mississippi, cars, our digestive system and so much more! We had a great time exploring the museum! They played so much, they were exhausted!

What a day! Several members from First Baptist Madison and their students came to the Connect Center to serve at the first Connection Tuesday of the summer! This summer, the Connect Center is hosting a summer camp that combines fun activities, learning, and the gospel for children in Canton who have completed 1st through 5th grade! We invite you to be a part of what is happening at the Connect Center this summer!
