It was great to see all of our Washington families at open house. Breakfast starts at 7:30 tomorrow. Dismissal is at 11:30.

We are excited to see everyone at open house tonight. Between 5:00 and 6:30 come in door #1 or door #6 depending on what side you have to park on. K-1 families will be in the gym and 2-5 families will be in the cafeteria. See you all soon.

Did you know that there are three different types of e-bikes?

Class 1: Pedal-assist only, Max 20 mph.

Class 2: Throttle and pedal-assist, Max 20 mph.

Class 3: Pedal-assist only, Max 28 mph. Requires a helmet for riders under 18; minimum rider age 16. Restricted to streets/highways.

If it exceeds 28 mph and/or has more than 750 watts of power, it is an e-moto. These require a driver’s license, registration, and insurance. They are prohibited on bike paths and sidewalks.

Please remember to wear your helmet - regardless of class!
