My go to cleansing bath or "psychic soup" as my family calls it!

Tub filled with hot water

1.5 to 2 cups epsom salts of epsom salts (scented works too like lavender or my fave hawaiin black sea salt)

2 chammomile tea bags
2 green tea bags
1 peppermint tea bag

Few drops of favorite essential oils (my favorite is lavender, chammomile and peppermint for this)

Mix your essential oils into the salt before you pour in. This allows the oils to have a carrier or it won't mix in water.

Draw your bath and pour salt/essential oils mix into water.

Add tea bags and let them seep 5-7 minutes. Remove tea bags and yes, the water will be like tea.

Soak for at least 20 mins to help release negative energies and to cleanse. I follow by smudge spray from head to toe.

I have a new product from Doterra oils called deep blue. This is also one of my fave oils now and lotion!!! Deep Blue comes in essential oil bottle and is WONDERFUL in the bath!! Follow by lotion of deep blue for pain relief.

Must add music, candles, and your fave beverage to do this. Why?

I do this bath once a month if I'm not working and twice a month if I am working with spirits.

Shakes his head when he sees my bottles of water today that I left out to charge in the full pink moon last night. 😂 He's already put up with salt lines at my doors. God bless him.

Moon water. Weird I know, but I swear by it! Also a good time for cleansing and charging crystals when there there is a full moon.

Set your intentions to ask for the moon to bless and charge the water you are setting out. I ask for healing and positive energy, clarity, patience and to clear away any negative energies within me.

Be thankful and don't question it....just go back and get your waters. Then mark them and keep in fridge.

Thats it. Maybe its the moon. Maybe its the intention you put into it. Either way....what does it hurt? You need the water anyway!

In the latest video, Elizabeth, says her last name. I believe around the 3 min mark. Even after cleaning it up some, we can't get a clear name. I think its like Talbertson or Samuelson?

The ladies and gentlemen that helped me do the second investigation of the Annex, were amazing. We had a lot of fun and I made some new friends.

Investigating for us is very laid back and I've discovered the more laughs, the more story sharing and smiles....the more spirits we get to talk to us or show up on film.

The most fun for me is the review. When Amanda sent me all her photos she took...this photo among them just made me smile. The joy in this photo would make anyone grin!

In our last video posted....(if you hear it without earbuds you might not even notice) if you will listen there are heavy breath sounds right before a word comes through the spirit box.

This is how their voice sounds at times. Like a heavy breath or whooosh sounds. As soon as you hear that breathy sound, the word follows through. Throughout this entire recorded audio, there are several whispers of words like "scan" "come back" "hello" and "hey" that is whispered into the evp recorder. Try to listen above the sound of the machine. I even close my eyes sometimes.

This is the reason for the Asian accented woman says " hear it, not heavy". The word came through as heavy. She was trying to say hear it.

Bradley just starts in this one. We have 7 more videos we are working on with full conversations and he comes through quite a bit. I believe he is a former guard from the Colorado territorial prison down the street as he has asked me to come there, but we're verifying that tonight with a quick follow up at the Annex tonight. He uses the machine like a two way radio and says "come back" after every word he says.

The first "Kat" is whispered on top of me saying "its Kat".

There is also some residual of (male) " Can I set this here?" "Even for just a minute?" (Female) "Mmhhmmm" then followed by a Zzzzzzzz sound.

The evp recorder was sitting next to us on an empty chair. The portal was approx 5-6 feet away.
