Is anyone truly self taught? The answer is no! Here is my case. They did not make up their own chords, they observed them in a book or watching someone else play them. Whether watching uncle Billie on the back porch or seeing that person on TV. What can be done in lessons will take five times longer "going it alone". Those are the facts and there has been plenty of research to back it up.....

Valerie is owner of two other businesses. Valerie’s Custom Cakes (there are brochures on the speaker in the waiting area) and Val-n-Signs (vinyl lettering for windows, autos etc…). If you have a need in anyone of those areas, please consider her. She does professional work and is very reasonable. Also, please be considerate of the lesson before you, as you wait on your lesson to begin.

Why take guitar lessons from a professional?
IMMEDIATE FEEDBACK.
An online guitar tutor or self taught, you have learning materials before you. You may work through the lessons and start to play.
BUT....because you don't have feedback, there will be things you understand incorrectly.
With a professional tutor, you will learn what your strong and weak points are from the EYES/EARS of an EXPERT.
