Often, when we talk or think about addressing a behavior, 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 𝐝𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐭𝐢𝐩 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐠. The behavior is what is visible, but underneath the surface of the water, there are major beliefs, feelings, and thoughts behind that behavior! ⁣

When we try to adjust behavior without acknowledging or addressing the root cause, it is just a temporary band-aid solution. It takes more time to try and address the mass under the surface, but remember, 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐢𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐠𝐚𝐦𝐞! ⁣
