Often, when we talk or think about addressing a behavior, ๐ฐ๐ž ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐จ๐ง๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ข๐ง๐  ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ญ๐ข๐ฉ ๐จ๐Ÿ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ข๐œ๐ž๐›๐ž๐ซ๐ . The behavior is what is visible, but underneath the surface of the water, there are major beliefs, feelings, and thoughts behind that behavior! โฃ

When we try to adjust behavior without acknowledging or addressing the root cause, it is just a temporary band-aid solution. It takes more time to try and address the mass under the surface, but remember, ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ข๐ง ๐ข๐ญ ๐Ÿ๐จ๐ซ ๐ญ๐ก๐ž ๐ฅ๐จ๐ง๐  ๐ ๐š๐ฆ๐ž! โฃ
