When people ask me how my workouts could possibly last 4+ hours... I just happen to use all my rest periods in one go and workout till I die after making a post. .
Versus, Its a way of life. A mindset, taking the necessary steps to hit PR reps. Every day it's a battle, Yesterdays Self v.s. Today's Self. Will you stay the same or fight to become better? Never attempted this before. Previous PR 225lbs. Today I fu**ed around and did a dirty PR set of 255lbs. It's not easy, it's a grind but to sit here and be able to say I can lunge what some people squat. You're damn right it feels good, when the pain subsides at least. .

Coach Archie has me doing agility movements inbetween squat sets. Dont worry folks we had a water break after this. .
Bench has been lacking due to my shoulderblade issue. Went from putting up 275lbs for 10s to this lame set of 10 at 225lbs. Don't be discouraged by setbacks, during my rehab I've learned how to better my technique and I should be much stronger than before when I'm fully recovered. .

How about this for a transformation Tuesday. H.S. football teammates, was one of our lineman and probably weighed close to 270lbs I was the sh*tty runningback who's dyslexia didn't let him read holes correctly and I weighed 140lbs with a wet towel around me. Now he's 166lbs and I'm 188lbs. Thanks to for the throwback pic. .

It was passed 1 a.m. and the gym was empty, I went on a quest to find the perfect lighting... 30 seconds later I gave up and this is the result.
Repost since instagram decides sometimes it doesnt want to cut the video how I want it.
Have had a migraine all day today, ended up napping and I didn't get to stretch and warm up for tonight's workout. Left shoulder/scapula still having retraction issues but the gains don't wait for anyone.
