Gray wolves don't just mate for life.
They're DEVOTED for life.

THE DATA:
- GPS tracking shows mated pairs stay within 100 meters of each other 70%+ of the time
- Males regurgitate food for nursing mothers — literally throwing up for love
- Both parents raise pups together for 1-2 years
- If a mate dies, survivors often never pair again

THE ROMANCE:
- Wolves nuzzle, play-bow, and "smile" at their partners
- Pairs howl duets — their voices harmonize
- They've been observed "grieving" — visiting the place a mate died, howling alone

"Alpha" wolves aren't dominance winners.
They're just MOM AND DAD.

The whole "alpha" concept was based on captive wolves.
In the wild, wolf packs are families led by parents who love each other.

Maybe the most "alpha" thing you can do is be a good partner.
