Today is a special — and emotional — day as I say goodbye to my sweet girl, Cecilia. 💕

Cecilia has been a part of my daycare family since she was a baby, and I’ve had the absolute honor of watching her grow into a smart, beautiful, and delightfully sassy little lady. She’s always been my biggest helper — from setting the table and wiping little hands to tidying up after playtime. No task was ever too big for her!

And let’s not forget her legendary snuggles — the kind that could brighten any day.

I can hardly believe she’s off to preschool already. She’s tugging at my heartstrings in a big way today. Cecilia, Mayme loves you so much and couldn’t be prouder of the amazing girl you are. I just know you’ll make so many new friends and your teacher is going to be blown away by your big heart and bright mind.

Today is a bittersweet day. It’s the last day these sweet kiddos will be in my care before they begin a new chapter and head off to school tomorrow. We’ve shared a wonderful summer together, filled with laughter, growth, and special moments I will always treasure.

Some of these children have been with me since they were babies, and watching them grow year after year has been one of the greatest honors of my career. Whether they’ve been here since infancy or just joined for the summer, I’ve had the privilege of getting to know each one individually. Each child holds a special place in my heart, and I’m so proud of the smart, kind, and thoughtful little people they’ve become.

While it’s never easy to say goodbye, I know they are ready to take on this next step. I wish each of them all the love and success in the world as they begin their school journey. 💕

Mayme really has a ton to accomplish today. But how to you tell these sweet faces “No” to some much needed snuggles. Dishes and paper work can most definitely wait!

They have no idea that Mayme actually needed these snuggles more than they did. 💕 I love these sweet boys.
