💚Greenhand Parents (members in their 1st year of high school agriculture, generally 9th grade):

💙We are exactly 1 week away from Greenhand Conference! 💛

On Monday, Sept. 28th, we will leave CV West at 7am to head to Girard for the conference. Your member will need to wear their new chapter shirt they will recieve later this week and school appropriate jeans/pants to the conference. We have prepaid for their catered Chicken Annie's lunch and should arrive back at CV west between 2:30pm-3:00pm.

At conference they will compete in the information test (which goes in the gradebook) and participate in numerous workshops covering leadership, FFA, contests, and so much more!

We realize that this is held on a day off school for students, but it is extremely important that they attend. If your student is unable to, please inform Mrs. Kiersey formally via email of the reasoning. We will ensure all volleyball members are back in time to play in Dewey that day.

If you have any further questions, please feel free to reach out.
