📣 Homeroom Coordinator Forms Have Gone Home!
We’re looking for parents who would like to get more involved in their child’s classroom by serving as a Homeroom Coordinator! ❤️
Homeroom Coordinators are the go-to parent for their classroom and help connect teachers, families, and Boosters. Responsibilities include:
🎉 Coordinating classroom parties — planning the Halloween, Christmas, and Valentine’s Day parties and communicating with Party Helpers.
🎪 Supporting school events — helping with the Lincoln Carnival, annual fundraiser, and Teacher Appreciation Week.
📅 Attending Booster meetings — typically held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m.
🤝 Supporting your classroom — communicating with parents, helping recruit volunteers when needed, and being a positive champion for your child’s class.
Party Helpers volunteer to assist with specific classroom parties and will work with the Homeroom Coordinator to help make each event a success.
📄 We’ve attached the letters with additional details and expectations. If you’re interested in volunteering as a Homeroom Coordinator or Party Helper, please complete the form and return it to your child’s teacher by August 28th.
Thank you for helping make our school community so special! 💙
