From Pam Ernest:

My brother Larry is in the hospital in ICU IN Joplin and could sure use some well wishes and prayers. Mom and I got to visit him yesterday and he talked a lot about how growing up in Caney was a little like growing up in Mayberry. He regrets not coming back more, and said to tell everyone hi for him and he hopes everyone is doing well. I’ll keep you updated on his progress. ❤️

Hello Class of ‘83!!
We are planning to have a get-together on Saturday, May 25th at Tom & Anissa Nelson’s home, located at 209 S. Spring in Caney.
We will start at 6pm, after the Alumni Homecoming from 2pm-5pm at the high school. {Sorry, I gotta plug the event! LOL}
Tom will be smoking some Brisket & bologna for us - but we need a head count, so please sign up below ASAP!
You can either contribute toward the cost of the meat (probably $100 total), bring a side dish, or dessert.
We will need buns and BBQ sauce, and sides like chips, potato salad, baked beans, pasta salad, coleslaw, etc.
Please bring your own drinks!
