Registration is Open!

Registration for our Fall 2026 season is officially open! 🎉

Sign your girl up for Girls on the Run (3rd-5th grade) or Heart & Sole (6th-8th grade) today. Teams kick off the week of September 8 for Heart & Sole and September 22 for Girls on the Run, and registration closes September 22, so don't wait too long.

This is a season she'll remember. She'll build real friendships, discover her own strength, and cross the finish line at her 5K on Sunday, November 22 at Tanger Outlets, knowing she did something hard and did it well.

And if cost is a concern, please don't let it stop you. Financial aid is available on a sliding scale, and no girl is ever turned away due to family finances.

This is about so much more than running. It's confidence that carries into everything else.
