Celebrating 1 Year with OCP

Today we’re celebrating Amara L., who has officially reached her one‑year anniversary with Our Children’s Place — and what an incredible year it has been.

Amara started with us as a floater, stepping in wherever she was needed with a calm, steady presence and a natural ability to connect with children. Over the past year, she has grown into a true pillar of our infant program. Her gentle care, reliability, and warm spirit make her a perfect fit for our littlest learners, and the babies absolutely adore her.

She shows up every day ready to support her team, nurture her infants, and bring kindness and consistency into the classroom. Her growth, dedication, and heart have made a meaningful impact on the Clifton Springs community.

Today we’re celebrating the wonderful Marie B., and we couldn’t be more excited to shine a little spotlight on her special day!

Marie brings such a calm, steady, and fun presence to our Toddler 1 room. Did we mention calm? Her quiet s***k, friendly nature, and the way she always has a smile on her face make her a true bright spot in our Clifton Springs community. The toddlers adore her, and her gentle consistency helps create a warm, safe, and joyful environment every single day.

Celebrating 3 Years with OCP tomorrow :)

Today we’re shining a light on someone who has grown into one of the most steady, calming, and loving presences in our infant program — Zoie H.

Over the past three years, Zoie has truly blossomed. She brings a gentle, grounded energy to our littlest learners, offering unconditional love, support, and comfort every single day. Babies gravitate toward her calm nature, and families trust her deeply — and for good reason.

Zoie is always willing to help wherever she’s needed. Recently, she has stepped up in huge ways by taking on split shifts to ensure we had the closing coverage we needed. Her flexibility, reliability, and heart have been absolutely invaluable to our team.

Zoie, thank you for the care you give, the steadiness you bring, and the love you pour into our Canandaigua babies. We are so grateful for you — and proud of the incredible professional you’ve grown into.

The School Agers had a blast with Mr. Bryce this morning as they took on the big hill! Running, racing, and cheering each other on turned into a perfect blend of fun and fitness. Beyond the laughter, the children practiced balance, coordination, and spatial awareness, all while building confidence and teamwork.

We love seeing them enjoy these moments of movement and outdoor exploration. Thank you, Mr. Bryce, for bringing energy, encouragement, and a whole lot of smiles to the hill today!
