Wolfe County High School Wolfe County High School ~ Home of the Wolfe County Wolves Welcome to the Wolfe County High School page.

WCHS is Located in a rural mountainous area, close to the Red River Gorge, WCHS includes more than 400 students, 25 teachers, and 20 support staff. The dedicated faculty and staff strive to provide a safe, positive learning environment with the objective of developing well-rounded students who can be successful and productive citizens in a highly competitive global society. We are very proud of our school's achievements, both academically and through our extracurricular activities, and will continue to strive for excellence. WCHS continuously works hard to provide education and opportunity to make students more successful and better citizens of our community. Parents are always welcome at WCHS and we invite you to come to the high school for an organized event, athletic or academic event, or to check on a son's or daughter’s progress in a class. Teachers, parents, community organizations and individuals are all essential components and must work together to produce students ready to compete in today’s world.
