We would like to give a major shout out to David A Neville for developing and then donating these Asian carp patties that were locally sourced straight outta Kentucky waters.

Asian carp are an invasive species here in KY, so not only is Mr. Neville helping to get people fed, he’s also working on conservation efforts to protect our water ways and local fish and wildlife populations!

These patties come in two different flavors, blackened Cajun and garlic Parmesan, and we will be including them in the meals we provide!

October will be focused around !!

October is Farm to School month.🍁🍁🍁

Our 1st local champion we want to spotlight is David Neville! 🏅🏅🏅

Of course you've heard of his Kentucky Dawgs and h**p Dawgs! David is also an advocate and resource for farm to school in Kentucky.
David has been boots to the ground since 2009. Beginning in Henry county with produce, then selling apples in Perry county in 2011. In 2016 he began selling the Kentucky Dawgs to schools. With his connections to Kentucky State University Research, he assisted in getting local fish into Madison County schools. David's products are currently in 20 school districts!💪🏼💪🏼
He told a story about a school wanting local beans but not having labor to break those beans. David, county to county, called a resource and got that school those local beans. He's truly a local food champion!🙌🙌
