🎉 Big news, friends! 🎉
I (Kat) passed my PRONATAL exam with a 94% (!!) and am officially a PRONATAL Certified Specialist (aka PRONATAL Coach)! 😎💪
So, what is ? It’s all about empowering women through preconception, pregnancy, and postpartum fitness. It focuses on building strength, mobility, and resilience during the most transformative (and physically demanding) seasons of life.
As a PRONATAL Specialist, I’m now equipped to:
✨ Help moms-to-be stay strong and confident during pregnancy
✨ Support postpartum recovery and rebuilding (hello, core + pelvic floor!)
✨ Create fitness plans tailored to real-life mom goals
I’m so excited to use this knowledge to help moms feel stronger, healthier, and ready for whatever life (or kids) throw their way.
Thank you to everyone who cheered me on through this journey—you’re the real MVPs! ❤️
