Medhardships.com Krista L. Dickman is a 2nd generation Los Gatos native and is very proud of her local roots. Her true passion is helping people.
She graduated from the historic Los Gatos High School and has been involved with local charities since High School including California Transplant Donor Network (CTDN) and the Diabetes Society of Santa Clara County. Krista has been involved in the Bay Area Real Estate Markets since the new Millennium. She’s been an influential member of the Princeton Presidential Club Honors over the past 15 years
and is a team that simply gets their entire Real Estate process and delivers continued positive results. Krista is proud of her past 10+ years of Real Estate involvement and critical role in the successful closing of over one thousand transactions over the years. Her enthusiastic interaction with her client base, familiarity and specialization with the Los Gatos market place is impressive. Strengths include a deep, personal attention to her client needs and genuine ability to listen and deliver the results that are truly in their best interests. With the above mentioned, Krista chose to change her career from real estate to helping others with medical/life tribulations. She attended IPEC coaching school to be a certified “Life Coach. What brought Krista to the above mentioned career change was due to her own personal “struggles” with her health. After an 8 year wait on the transplant list for a dbl organ transplant (kidney/pancreas). Krista endured the tragic effects of being given a “date-rape” drug with resulted in a 90mph crash into a cement truck. 10 years and 40 surgeries and a massive stroke she now mentors, coaches and teachers others how to deal with the adversity and learn the ability to “surrender-accept” the repercussions of what life has put in front of her. is a 2nd generation Los Gatos native and is very proud of her local roots. In addition to her time, Krista donates a percentage of her commission to the aforementioned charities. She’s been an influential member of the Princeton Capital Mortgage Lending Team in Los Gatos with Sr. Loan Officer Melanie Dickman. This professional, reputable team has continuously received Princeton Capital Presidential Club Honors over the past 15 years and is a team that simply gets their entire Real Estate process and delivers continued positive results. She attended IPEC coaching school to be a certified “Life Coach” with an emphasis on medical conditions and insecurities.
