Weekends are a great time to get organized from the busy work week and focus on what you really want in life.

I always keep a list of positive “to do’s” so if I am feeling like I don’t have anything to do, I can look at it and get inspired.

For those of you who don’t know me…

I’m Lauren and I am married to the wonderful Patrick and we have a little one Zayden.

I grew up doing almost every activity possible, and went to Ball State University on a swimming scholarship.

After college, I worked in the jewelry industry and it wasn’t the right fit, so back to athletics I went! Training people and managing the teams that touch so many lives was the life for me.

After years of managing and training I realized I have so much more to offer people and I started my program for people to realize their potential and go after their dream career.

I love helping people and helping them realize their true potential.

This month, I will workout 3x per week, drink more water, read 10 per day, and add clients! What are your intentions for the month?
